Zingisa Motloba has over 20 years of experience in legal, governance, ESG, business strategy, and leadership consulting across both private and public sectors. An admitted attorney and MBA graduate, she has led cross-border infrastructure negotiations and advised on green energy projects. Zingisa is the founder of Alchemy Africa, a consulting firm focused on sustainability and inclusion. She also provides ESG consultancy for private equity firms and recently advised on a major infrastructure project in the Middle East. Passionate about sustainability and the arts, she aims to strengthen business-arts partnerships in her leadership at Business and Arts South Africa.
